✨ Reiki Share – Wednesday, July 2nd ✨

Reiki is an energy healing practice that works with life force energy, also known as chi, to support energetic balance and inner harmony. Reiki helps to clear energetic blockages, soothe the nervous system, and release emotions that may be stored in the body. Sessions are deeply calming and can create space for insight, inner peace, and personal growth.
We’ll gather on the 1st Wednesday of each month at the Plymouth Spiritualist Church, to give and receive healing energy in community. Whether you’re attuned to Reiki or simply curious and want to receive, all are welcome.
Each gathering will begin with a short grounding meditation, then the floor will be open for sessions.
