Women's New Moon Circle

Open to women who desire to connect deeply with themselves and others, our monthly New Moon Circle offers practical spirituality for modern-day soul-seekers. Here, we hold sacred space for women to embrace their authenticity and tap into their personal power as creators of their own world.

New Moons are a time when the sky is completely dark, providing a blank canvas for manifesting your goals. This is the perfect time to set intentions, initiate momentum, and start new projects. In our Circle, we will tune into the astrology of the present time and align ourselves with the cycles of nature to create fertile ground for planting new seeds of intention.

Join Lauren Bocka, Registered Nurse and Registered Yoga Teacher, for a day of manifestation, guided meditation, and embodied yoga flow to harness the power of the lunar cycle and support an empowered, soul-led life.

Included in the circle:

• Astrological insight & education
• Guided Meditation & manifestation practices
• Reflection & guided journaling
• Slow-flow, embodied yoga
• Sharing opportunities within the safety of circle
• Oracle card guidance

Dress in comfortable clothes, and bring a journal and something to write with. Yoga mats and props are provided. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to give yourself ample time to park and find the space - doors will be locked after the start time!

How to get to Frequency Wellness Space:

Please note that the Frequency door is located in the interior of 34 Elton Street. The external door where you will enter is located next to Fiamma Centro. There is ample parking available in the large lot on the corner of Atlantic and Elton (in front of Old Pueblo Grill). Do not park in the lot of Gallery Salon or Fiamma Centro - this could lead to your car being towed. Please arrive 10 minutes early and give yourself ample time to park and find the space - doors will be locked after the start time!

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please review the following cancellation and refund guidelines:

• Up to 7 days before the workshop: You may cancel your registration for a full refund up to 7 days before the event.

In the event that the workshop is canceled by the organizer (due to low enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons), participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session, depending on availability.

• We understand that sometimes delays are unavoidable. However, to minimize disruptions and maintain the flow of the workshop we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time.
• Doors will be locked after the start time. If you arrive after the workshop has started, you will not be able to join the session at the instructor's discretion. In such cases, no refunds or credits will be issued.
• If you do not attend the workshop and have not provided prior notice of cancellation or transfer, no refund will be issued.
