Lunar Yoga: Full Moon Flow

Come join Lauren Bocka under the full moon for our monthly slow-flow, lunar yoga at Frequency Wellness Space! Open to all, this event begins with a 1-hour yoga flow designed to harness and align with the powerful energetics of the full moon and the astrology of the present time. Following this mindful movement, you'll reflect on your experience through a series of thoughtfully crafted journal prompts. We will close out class with the opportunity to share with the group in the setting of sacred space. This guided reflection will help you release what no longer serves you, set powerful intentions, and create space to draw in your desires.

Whether you're seeking inner peace, clarity, or simply a beautiful way to honor the full moon, this event will leave you feeling centered, inspired, and ready to flow with the rhythms of the universe.

Dress in comfortable clothes, and bring journal and something to write with. Yoga mats and props are provided. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to give yourself ample time to park and find the space - doors will be locked after the start time! ✨

How to get to Frequency Wellness Space:

Please note that the Frequency door is located in the interior of 34 Elton Street. The external door where you will enter is located next to Fiamma Centro. There is ample parking available in the large lot on the corner of Atlantic and Elton (in front of Old Pueblo Grill). Do not park in the lot of Gallery Salon or Fiamma Centro - this could lead to your car being towed. Please arrive 10 minutes early and give yourself ample time to park and find the space - doors will be locked after the start time!

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please review the following cancellation and refund guidelines:

1. Cancellation by Participant:

Up to 7 days before the workshop: You may cancel your registration for a full refund up to 7 days before the event.

2. Cancellation by Organizer:

In the event that the workshop is canceled by the organizer (due to low enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons), participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session, depending on availability.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Show Policy:

We understand that sometimes delays are unavoidable. However, to minimize disruptions and maintain the flow of the workshop we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time.

Doors will be locked after the start time. If you arrive after the workshop has started, you will not be able to join the session at the instructor's discretion. In such cases, no refunds or credits will be issued.

If you do not attend the workshop and have not provided prior notice of cancellation or transfer, no refund will be issued.
