5 pm: Yoga with Yoga Positiva

Join Sabrina in her Yoga practice - to continue to embrace Autumn welcoming self reflection and transformation: Breathwork, Meditation, and Slow flow.

A fully balanced practice and the perfect time to renew, recharge, and replenish.

7 pm: Comedy, Mantra Concert with Sri and live band

Get ready to immerse yourself in the captivating sounds of Sri, as he takes you on a spiritual journey through his soulful mantras spiced up with some dirty comedy. Let the music penetrate your heart and elevate your spirit as you chant and sing along.

8 pm: Ecstatic Dance with DJ Brina
