April 19th, Saturday | Master Class 1: Learn to Relax and Meditate

9:45am : Meet and Greet
10:00am: Aspects of Relaxation, Meditation and Habit building
11:00 : Questions and Answers
11:30 am: Disperse

April 20th, Sunday | Master Class 2: Let go of Emotions and Rejuvenate

9:45am : Meet and Greet
10:00am: Aspects of Rejuvenation , unload the emotional baggage.
11:00 : Questions and Answers
11:30 am: Disperse

April 21st, Monday | Master Class 3: Inner Connection and Sleep Well
6:15pm: Meet and Greet
6:30pm: Reconnection,how to tap into subconciousness and get rid of thought patterns.
7:30pm: Questions and Answers
8:00pm: Disperse
We recommend to join all classes but you can also attend 1 or 2 classes. We are confident that you will not be disappointed!

Please note:

1 . This event series is open to anyone 15 and above (Under 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian)

2. At the venue, once you enter volunteers will request your check-in and you may be asked to take the shoes off but if you prefer to keep them on for any personal reason please let the front desk volunteers know and they will be happy to let you keep your shoes on.

3 . No Yoga mats needed to be brought unless you like to use one anyways.

4 . Casual Clothing that let's you be comfortable for the duration of the session is requested :)
