Join us for a relaxing and restorative experience at Kava Club as we combine the gentle, grounding movements of Yin Yoga with the healing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

This unique class will help you release tension, quiet the mind, and prepare you for a peaceful weekend ahead.

Stay for social hour after class to mingle, enjoy kava, a useful tool for muscle relaxation, grounding and sociability!

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat
• Blanket and pillow (for extra comfort)
• Water bottle

We recommend reserving your spot early, as space is limited to 25 participants and our events fill quickly!

Health Notes: This class is not recommended for anyone with a pacemaker. If you are pregnant, please consult your doctor before attending.

• If you can no longer attend, please cancel your registration to allow someone else to join.
• Be sure to allow extra time for parking to arrive on time and get settled.
• Before class, we will learn about kava and its benefits!
