Meditation Marathon - Sweet Mantra Party | Berlin

Wir alle brauchen manchmal Momente, in denen wir zur Ruhe kommen, tief durchatmen und nach innen schauen. Die Meditation mit Mantras ist eine der besten Methoden, um den Geist schnell und einfach zu beruhigen und innere Harmonie zu finden.

Dies ist vorläufig der letzte Abend unseres Meditations-Marathons. Dieses Mal wird der Kirtan von der fantastischen Band Secret Forést gestaltet. Es wird ein Meditationsabend mit der Atmosphäre einer „Sweet Mantra Party“.

Erlebe diese wunderbare Mischung aus innerer Ruhe und ausgelassenem Feiern. Zum Abschluss dieses Meditations-Marathons gibt es in gemütlicher Runde dann vegetarische Köstlichkeiten und Tee.

Each of us sometimes needs a moment to slow down, take a deep breath, and look within. Meditation with mantra is one of the best techniques to quickly and easily calm the mind and find inner harmony.

This is the final edition of the Mantra Marathon in this series. This time, kirtan will be led by the well-known band Secret Forest. Though we’ll be meditating, the atmosphere will be that of a “Sweet Mantra Party.”

Come and experience this amazing blend of calm and joyful celebration. To end the event on a sweet note, we’ll share veggie treats and tea to close out this marathon together.
