Meditation in Verbindung mit Musik ist für alle Beteiligten absolut herzerwärmend. Im Rahmen unseres Mantra-Marathons laden wir dich zu einem besonderen Candlelight-Abend ein. Bei Kerzenschein schließen wir die Augen und versenken uns in den unvergleichlichen Yoga-Sound in Form von Mantras. Die Mantras reinigen unser Herz und bringen uns inneren Frieden, und die begleitende Musik hilft uns, dieses wunderbare Erlebnis noch tiefer auszukosten.

Der Abend wird von der Gruppe „Station Meditation“ angeleitet, einer jungen Gruppe von Freunden, die sich der Musik und dem gemeinsamen Meditieren verschrieben haben. Die Musikerin Malika verschönert den Abend mit den bezaubernden Klängen von Handpan und Flöte – du wirst es einfach lieben! Die Gruppe versprüht frische, positive Energie, die dich in ihren Bann zieht.

Ganz gleich, ob du meditationserfahren bist oder nicht – komm einfach vorbei und lass es auf dich wirken. Öffne dein Herz für positive Schwingungen, und unsere Kirtan-Meditation wird dich unglaublich beleben.

Meditation with music is an endless joy. This time, we invite you to a Mantra Marathon in a special Candlelight Night edition. We will turn off the lights, close our eyes, and immerse ourselves in the unique sounds of yoga. The mantras will cleanse our hearts and fill them with peace, while the music will help us dive even deeper into this wonderful experience.

This evening will be specially guided for you by Station Meditation, a group of young friends who love music and meditating together. Malika will add beauty to the night with the enchanting sounds of the handpan and flute—it's easy to fall in love with them. You'll surely enjoy the fresh, positive energy they bring.
