About this Event

This month, Mantra Mondays invites you to slow down, reconnect, and create space for yourself through an intentional yoga experience designed to help you move with presence and bloom from within.

Set on the Star Metals District garden patio, Breathe & Bloom brings together yoga, mindfulness, wellness activations, and community in an elevated outdoor setting with beautiful Midtown skyline views.

Yoga Flow with Shanice Richards of Breathe by Shanice

Shanice is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher specializing in creative vinyasa, breathwork, meditation, and restorative yoga. She believes wellness has no one look and creates inclusive experiences that help people reconnect through movement, mindfulness, and breath.

Root to Bloom: The Reset Blueprint with Ashly Paul

Begin your evening with an interactive SEL-based reset designed to help you slow down and arrive fully present. Ashly will guide participants through a nervous system check-in, introduce her S.T.O.P. framework for managing stress, and help everyone create a personalized Reset Blueprint to take home, complete with a complimentary digital resource.
