Mindfulness Mondays: Breathwork, Kirtan & SoundBath
About this Event
Escape the summer rush and step into a space of profound presence. Join us for a unique, large-scale community gathering dedicated to deep mindfulness, sacred sound, and inner peace.
Led by Bhakti Yogis, this evening is an immersive journey through three distinct stages of ancient meditation practices designed to quiet the mind and open the heart.
The Flow of the Evening:
Pranayama (Breathwork): We will begin by calming the nervous system with restorative, grounding breathing techniques to release the stress of the day and center our awareness.
Kirtan (Sacred Sound): Transitioning from breath to sound, we will experience the vibrant, heart-opening practice of kirtan—collective, call-and-response musical chanting that naturally uplifts the room's energy.
Japa Meditation: To close the evening, we will channel that collective energy inward, concluding with a focused, quiet japa meditation practice to experience profound stillness and deep personal clarity.
Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or exploring these practices for the very first time, this evening offers a powerful collective environment to reset, ground, and connect.
