Mantra Meditation ~ “The Story of the Ramayana”

Join us for an enlightening discussion as we read the Ramayana and discuss the teachings of this yogic text. We will end the evening with mantras that are specific to Ram, Sita and Hanuman.

Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to the Ramayana, this discussion group offers a welcoming space for open dialogue and shared understanding.

How to prepare:

If you want, you can bring the Ramayana with you. A pic is attached of the version that we will be using for this group. It is not necessary that you have the book.

We will be meeting at least two evenings to cover the Ramayana (maybe 3 depending on progression).
