We are so excited to present our new Longevity Women's Wellness Retreat!
Dr. Lucinda Mallory and Coach Corinne CuraVida are hosting our natural wellness and fitness retreat on November, 12-17th, 2024 in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
This holistic 5 day (Tuesday- Sunday) retreat will have a menu of longevity/anti-aging modalities, naturopathic consultations, cutting edge modalities, wellness activities and fun!
The daily schedule will consist of fitness or yoga classes every morning, with fresh, organic meals, followed by a full day of rejuvenation therapies, wellness IVs, natural health consultation, personal fitness training, and plenty of relaxation poolside in the gorgeous retreat home!
