Hello my name is Skye Cascante💚
I am facilitating a holotropic breathwork class here at Eight Lotus Studio🪷 This class is meant to connect your heartbridge and anchor your soul.
Holotropic Breathwork is fast guided meditative breathing that connects the emotional & physical body to its energetic field within us, as well as around us. This breathing style allows us to have more clarity to reclaiming self discovery & compassion for life. Eight Lotus gives us a safe space to come back to self & release all that comes up like stress, anxiety & emotional pain. This is the place to come be yourself & let it all go.
Each individual is provided an eye mask , a blanket & bolster. Yoga mats are limited, so please be considerate in bringing your own if able to, we will be lying down for about 45-50 minutes in the duration of class.
I begin by using a music instrument, then transition to the emotive music that helps guide you through your journey. I’ll utilize my voice to help create that energetic path for you with holotropic breath & mindful controlled breathing. I will be using shamanic techniques such as soft touch & aroma therapy.
Goods will be used such as Doterra & Essential Elixirs ‘oils’.
