Sound Healing Journey:
Unwind and bring peace to your body, mind and spirit through a guided breath and sound healing journey. We begin with a meditative breathwork to relax the nervous system and get the energy flowing through your body, followed by a sound bath with frequencies that your body will resonate with - providing deep healing and transformation. This can be a restorative rest and/or spiritual journey! All are welcome 🙏 bring your mat, small pillow and cozy blanket.

Arrival: you can arrive up to 15 minutes early, there are stairs to the right or an elevator located in the middle of the building next to Dolce To-Go.
About your facilitator:
Jessica offers spiritual healing with a nurturing and empathetic approach, creating a sacred space for you to discover inner peace. Holding a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene and having studied human anatomy and physiology, she merges her scientific background with her passionate interest in spirituality, healing arts, and personal development. Jessica views breath as a powerful tool to reconnect with your body’s innate ability to heal, guiding you to re-activate and re-member your inherent strength and sensuality. Trained in Usui Reiki, Breathwork, and transformational coaching, and as a sound healing facilitator, she combines these modalities with healing journeys, ceremonies, retreats, and personalized support. As the founder of JMantras, she designs intention-infused gemstone jewelry to support your healing journey, helping you unlock the magic of being human.

Eight Lotus is a wellness and yoga studio with a special magical touch. When you enter, you feel your heart open and your stress begin to melt away. This mini oasis is right in the heart of Lake Havasu just waiting to guide you to greater wellbeing and fulfillment in your life!
