Chakra Alchemy Sessions
Sessions are held on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30 PM in My Sacred Space.
These sessions are transformative journey designed to balance and heal each of the seven chakras through a unique blend of Reiki energy healing, somatic movement, yoga, and sound therapy. Each 2-hour session offers a holistic approach to deepening your self-awareness and fostering spiritual, physical, and emotional healing. Open to all, you can join any or all sessions as your intuition guides you.

Reiki energy is directed at the throat to clear blockages and enhance communication. This session focuses on fostering authentic self-expression and truth.
Neck stretches and vocal exercises that stimulate the throat area and support clear expression. Movements will be gentle and focused on releasing tension in the throat and neck. Poses like Fish Pose, Shoulder Stand, and any asanas that open the throat area and promote clear communication. These poses support the free flow of expression and authenticity.
Clear, resonant tones from instruments like tuning forks or chimes that resonate with the Throat Chakra, supporting clarity and effective communication.
