Chakra Alchemy Sessions
Sessions are held on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30 PM in My Sacred Space.
These sessions are transformative journey designed to balance and heal each of the seven chakras through a unique blend of Reiki energy healing, somatic movement, yoga, and sound therapy. Each 2-hour session offers a holistic approach to deepening your self-awareness and fostering spiritual, physical, and emotional healing. Open to all, you can join any or all sessions as your intuition guides you.

Activities:
Gentle, universal Reiki energy directed to the top of the head, facilitating spiritual awakening, higher consciousness, and connection to the divine.
Slow, flowing movements that focus on the crown of the head and gentle neck stretches to stimulate the Crown Chakra, combined with breathwork that invites stillness and reflection. Poses like Savasana (Corpse Pose), Tree Pose, and seated meditative postures encourage stillness, reflection, and connection to higher consciousness.
Incorporating ethereal sounds, such as singing bowls, chimes, or bells, that resonate with the Crown Chakra helps to facilitate a connection to the infinite and the divine.
