Chakra Alchemy Sessions
Sessions are held on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30 PM in My Sacred Space.
These sessions are transformative journey designed to balance and heal each of the seven chakras through a unique blend of Reiki energy healing, somatic movement, yoga, and sound therapy. Each 2-hour session offers a holistic approach to deepening your self-awareness and fostering spiritual, physical, and emotional healing. Open to all, you can join any or all sessions as your intuition guides you.

Activities:
Heart-centered Reiki energy is directed at the chest's center, opening and healing the heart space. This session will focus on fostering unconditional love and compassion.
Gentle chest openers and shoulder stretches that encourage emotional release and openness. Movements will help to ease tension and cultivate a sense of loving-kindness. Poses such as Camel Pose, Bridge Pose, and Heart Openers promote openness and compassion. These poses are designed to open the heart center and enhance emotional healing.
Soothing, melodic tones from instruments like crystal bowls resonate with the Heart Chakra, promoting love and emotional balance.
