I am delighted to be offering a mini-retreat experience in Cardiff this April to relax your mind, sooth your soul and nourish your body with the magical blend of energy-based practises, and hot-cold therapy for a full mind and body detox and reset.

60minute KundAlini YOGA movement and mantra with a new moon intention-setting MEDITATION in the cosy yoga tent with glowing wood-burner,

60minute Steamy HOT Wood-fired SAUNA and ICE BATH detox and rejuvenation at the taffside sauna, (right next door!)

I will be sharing a gorgeous kundAlini yoga kriya (sequence) to fully refresh, rejuvenate and realign the energy in the spine, (the major energy channel in the human body), followed by a relaxation with Tibetan singing bowls and chimes, and a mantra meditation to set clear intentions for the new moon.

Self-trust, self-awareness, reclaiming your personal power, lifting the veil, finding clarity and listening to the call of your heart are central themes to this energy-based spiritual practise.

Parking:

Plenty of parking available for free at llandaff rowing club, 1 minute walk from the yoga tent and sauna.

What to Bring:

Yoga clothes - loose comfy layers are best, and jumper and thick socks advised :)

Swimsuit/bikini/trunks

2 x towels: one to sit on and one to dry yourself

Yoga mat and cosy blanket(s)

Flip-flops or crocs
