Growing Salad through the year

Join us for this workshop with experienced grower Sophie Durnan (founder of Cardiff Salad Garden).

Sophie will introduce a range of leafy crops, growing tips and planning so that you can have tasty greens in your garden throughout the year both indoors and outdoors.

We'll then have a practical session planting a range of salad varieties for winter cropping in the Global Gardens polytunnel and outdoor beds.

Currently we do not have funding for this workshop and so we welcome donations to cover costs.

Suggested donation per session:

£20 pay it forwards

£15 full wage

£10 low wage

We do also offer bursary places for those who are out of work, in the asylum system or are in precarious housing situations.
