Ages 7+ located in North Asheville. Come try out a free class!Our school's curriculum includes all three branches of Chinese Internal Martial Arts. It is designed to begin with the foundations of these styles while also teaching application, confidence, focus, and self awareness. Sparring is taught in a progressive safe way, and students are able to progress at their own pace. Weapons classes are available for the older and more advanced students.
We keep class sizes small so students get more one-on-one instruction. Sifu Aaron holds a Master's degree in education so caters to each student's individual learning style. We balance the martial with mindfulness.
