Ascending Through The Chakras

Join Valerie Blohm for an exploration of the chakras, from Root to Crown.

Each class we'll explore one of the seven main chakras, learning the role they each play in our journey and how to maintain energetic balance in them.

After our discussion, students will be guided into a chakra meditation and receive reiki on the chakra of focus. Students will also receive a coordinating chakra crystal to take home.

2nd & 4th Sunday of each month.
