Would you like to up your Karma? Take this class! Our Karma Yoga classes are taught by our "Yoga Teachers in Training".This is where you come in! Are you willing to come in and be a Yoga Guinea Pig? Are you willing to spend an hour to move your body through an all levels yoga practice with a new teacher to help them find their voice? Your presence in the room is a true gift to these new teachers, they need you! This is why you get some good personal "karma-credit". You do yoga and help someone in return: WIN - WIN.
