We’ll open our Heart and Throat Chakras with guided meditation, awakening the pure truth of our inner voice. Gentle grounding practices will help you slip into a peaceful, dreamlike state where inspiration moves effortlessly through you.
This is a time for play, for freedom — a chance to dance with paint, pencil, ink, collage, brushes, fingertips — No art skills are needed here — only an open heart and a curious spirit.

about your Host:
I'm Amanda, from Love, Light and Lemonade
an Intuitive Artist, Energy Worker, Channeller and Teacher
From a young age, I’ve felt the energy of the world through symbols, colours, and movement. I see images for people when giving healing, can connect with Spirit and am able to create symbolic mesages for healing, transmutation and growth. While I have a degree in Mathematics (another language of patterns and codes!), my true passion lies in expressing the unseen — through intuitive art, sacred codes, and the language of the soul.
My creative process is a spiritual practice: it's not about the end result, but about presence, trust, and connection — to self, spirit, and the energy around us. I work with Sacred Codes, Energetic Portraits, Artistic Alchemy, and Channeled Expression. As a Reiki Master and Light Language Activator, I also offer 1:1 sessions and courses for those looking to bring more creativity and spiritual connection into their lives.
Art has been a vital part of my own healing journey — helping me rediscover my voice, embrace compassion, and release old stories.
I now hold intuitive and mindful creativity workshops in the Staffordshire area, blending colour therapy, mindfulness, oracle guidance, and soul-led art.
PLEASE NOTE: Parking is available on the streets surrounding Shambala or at Buxton Road car park, 2 minutes walk away.
The car park at the back of our building is not for public use.
