James Gordon Gibson presents a guided meditation and talk on the Essence of Non-Duality followed by a Q&A session to celebrate the release of his debut book, The Light of Understanding: Contemplations on Non-Duality for abiding Peace and Freedom. James will lead participants in a meditation on the essence of the Self and the meaning of Non-Duality- which is the very essence of Reality. He will then read a chapter from his book and conclude with a Q&A for participants to engage with James and each other in group sharing.
