Tantra - An acceptance of "What is"
The word Tantra brings up many connotations of what it is not.
My journey of self exploration and self enquiry led to training as a Heart Based Tantra Teacher while traveling around South East Asia in 2018. This deep month long immersion was merely the beginning and the opening to a level of awareness that was transformative, but only scratched the surface of a level of knowing.
Tantra cannot be taught. It is experiential and lived. We can read about it, try to conceptualise it, but to know it is the "seeing" and "unseeing" of the true nature of reality that we, as individuals perceive, until we don't.
Confused? There's nothing to do.
This introduction and all ongoing classes and workshops do not contain sexuality or nudity.
The opening of the heart is the doorway through which we come to know and accept ourselves and others, and the world as it is.
Are you caught up in thinking? Does it cloud your perception and create judgements? Congratulations you are human. On a spiritual exploration the human-ness can be over looked, even suppressed and discarded, however it is part of who we are and not seperate. It's about accepting, loving and integrating all parts of oneself that we often don't acknowledge, choose not to look at or that may reside in the subconscious.
In this two and a half hour workshop I will introduce you to the foundations of Tantra and we will discuss, share and reflect on what arises during our time together.

I undertook.a month long, immersive teacher training at Samma Karuna, Sri Thanu, Koh Phangan, Thailand in December 2018. For me, it has been the experience of the unfolding journey to embody more of this state of being before sharing Heart Based Tantra with the world. It has been my commitment since experiencing a spontaneous awakening in 2017 to be authentic in my expression and to share when embodied as a state of being. Living Tantra is the way.
