This is a very special weekend yoga day retreat in the beautiful Staffordshire Countryside, designed to give you a little 'you time' to realign your energy for the Autumn season.
We will greet you with a welcome drink - Goddess Smoothie.
I will be guiding you through an amazing yoga practice to help step into the Autumn energy. Expect a slow flowing yoga practice, with mantra and mudras.
Pam will be creating some wonderful Autumn inspired food for us, so please let us know of any food allergies or intolerance's.
After lunch we will be exploring the world of Ayerveda and seeing how we can align our energy to the seasons.
We will be ending the day (weather permitting) with a lake cruise and prosecco, bought to us by the lovely RAY!
