🍂 The Grace of Letting Go – An Autumn Day RetreatAs the leaves begin to fall and the air turns crisp, nature reminds us of a deep truth: letting go is part of the rhythm of life. In yoga, this wisdom is known as Aparigraha—non-attachment, or the art of releasing what no longer serves us.
I’d love to invite you to a gentle and nourishing day retreat at the beautiful Rudyard Boathouse, where we’ll explore this autumnal energy of surrender and stillness together.

– A grounding seasonal yoga flow to connect to the rhythms of autumn
– Gentle meditations and contemplations inspired by nature and Aparigraha
– Deep rest through Yoga Nidra
– A wholesome seasonal vegetarian lunch & snack
– A slow, meditative yin yoga session to unwind, reflect and soften
This retreat is open to all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat after time away. The day is designed to restore, inspire, and gently prepare you for the quieter months ahead.
