This workshop is for anyone interested in learning about self-care using reflexology or anyone interested in exploring reflexology as a career. It will begin by exploring the art and science of reflexology and a brief introduction and history of reflexology in the United States.
We will then explore the benefits of reflexology for the whole body and as a way of obtaining and maintaining balance within the body.
The second portion of the workshop will include a demonstration
of a foot reflexology session. Participants will then have a chance to practice self-care techniques on each other or themselves.
Please bring the following items to the class: a pillow, hand towel, and unscented lotion.
