Are you ready to embark in a journey of self-love and compassion and feeling into what your life would look like if you put yourself as a priority?
WELCOME,
I am glad you are here! I am Betty, a certified integral coach and healing yin & restorative yoga instructor in Berlin. I am also a mom of 2 wonderful daughters and a soothing enthusiastic and caring soul.
This is my deepest joy to have tailored this 5-Module Healing Yin & Restorative Yoga Workshop for you!
What is it?
It is a journey through 5 elements of Yin Yoga: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal & Water. As well as a journey of activation of senses of smell, sound, sight.
Each module will hold a long yin & restorative yoga session as well as some transmissions & ceremonies. (see below for more details)
What practices will be used?
Yin & Restorative yoga, breathing techniques, intuitive movement, music, self-reflections and journaling, affirmations, creative ceremonies and rituals.
Who is it for?
Everyone who feels the call to nurture themselves in these colder months of the year and are curious to discover a slow type of yoga which is all about restoring the body, calming the nervous system, refocusing inwards, pampering yourself, meeting new people. This workshop is suitable if you feel out of balance, overwhelmed, tired, stressed, like life is too big to handle right now. It is not adapted for chronic severe anxiety, deep trauma, PTSD syndromes.
What are the goals of this workshop?
Balance, inner & outer peace, connection with body and emotions, and harmony in your daily lives. Ultimately, this workshop aims at nurturing your mind-body-heart-soul and enhance self-love and self-compassion therefore healing.
