GOAT YOGA at Adventure Acres! Instructed by Emily B Yoga.
Class will run about 45 minutes and starts at 4:30pm on Saturday, October 5th.
This event is open to ALL AGES and ALL YOGA ABILITIES.
Hear that, moms? Bring the kids! There are tons and tons of toys and activities at Adventure Acres for them to play with while you do the class, OR participate with your child/ren!
Cost is $25 for adults and $7 per child. This includes the yoga class, feed cups, and full access to adventure acres outdoor activities!
You can Venmo @emilybarsness to reserve your spot or message for alternate payment options! Drop in spots are not available as we want for sure enough space for the best class possible.
-leave your mats at home! We have mats for you :)
-bring water
-wear clothes that you are okay with getting a little dirty (we are on a farm)
-there will be an adult to keep an eye on kiddos if they do choose to play rather than participate in the class.
