The Winter Solstice is a time of deep reflection, quiet and peacefulness. It is the time of year to come out of the world and into our selves. To take pause while we reflect on the past season and all the abundance it brought, as well as taking time to look forward to a new season, a new year ahead - without springing forward with action. It is a time to quiet ourselves and incubate new plans for the Spring. Coming into winter is the deep pause at the bottom of the breath...emptiness, creation of space for something new. We gather in the warmth of good company and soft lights to celebrate the season as it is.
Join me for this special candlelight, gentle yoga practice, a guided meditation and enjoy a cup of yummy hot chocolate and cookies during class.
