Nzingah is an E-RYT 500-hour certified yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, plant-based chef, and holistic wellness consultant with over 20 years of experience in movement, healing arts, and cultural practices. She has been teaching yoga and wellness professionally for over 12 years.

As the founder of Yes Baby I Like It Raw, Nzingah blends mindful movement with deep ancestral wisdom, creating spaces that are both empowering and accessible. Her teaching style is rooted in alignment, breath, and intuitive flow, encouraging students to move intentionally while honoring their unique bodies.
