Take a journey inwards & join me for an afternoon of rest & relaxation.January the month for hibernation after the busyness of the holiday season, is a natural time to retreat, restore & reconnect.
We’ll begin the day with a warm cup of Ceremonial Cacao to open our heart space, awaken your inner wisdom & create your sankalpa (hearts intention) for 2026🤍
This will lead us into a slow flowing & restorative yoga practice, pranayama & breathwork meditation to clear the mind, settle the nervous system & ground your energy.
Afterwards we’ll pause for some soup & snacks, giving you time to connect with the rest of the group. If the weather allows, we may also go for a walk & talk together.
We’ll close the day with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra & Soundbath to plant your Sankalpa for the year ahead & integrate your retreat experience.
