Our twice weekly FREE Pregnancy Yoga classes offer a safe, effective and integrated form of yoga specially adapted for you to practice from fourteen weeks up until the birth of your baby. You can join in studio or on Zoom.This deep but gentle bodywork helps you to develop physical strength and suppleness while the breathing awareness, at the heart of all teaching, will enable you to relax and focus more deeply. Weekly attendance will help to boost your confidence and think more positively as you approach birth and motherhood.
Book your space on the website or Heart Space app. If you can no longer attend please cancel to free up the space in studio as these classes often have a waitlist.
We have TWO FREE classes per week.
Tuesday 6-7pm
Saturday 10.15-11.15am
