Join Carys & I once again in Falkland Woods for our popular Fire Circle! This time we’ll be gathering to celebrate the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, the height of summer, and the sun at its most powerful.
We’ll spend a few hours in the woods together with:
Forest bathing 🌿
A gentle summer meditation 🧘
Time to reflect and just be 📿
Flower crown making 🌸
Sound healing under the trees 🌳
And a light lunch 🥗
There’s something really magical about this circle… the connection, the laughter, the stillness, the way people open up so naturally. It’s honestly one of our favourite things to hold.
