Join Carys & I for one of our much loved Fire Circles. This will be our third time holding this… and honestly, they just keep getting better. There’s always such a lovely, relaxed vibe.. nothing forced, just good people, fresh air, and space to slow down and reconnect.
This time we’ll be gathering to celebrate the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, the height of summer, and the sun at its most powerful.
We’ll spend a few hours together with:
• Forest bathing
• A gentle meditation
• A water ceremony & blessing by the waterfall
• Flower crown making
• Sound healing under the trees
• And a light lunch
