An intimate Sound of Dreams gathering for 6 people with blue lotus tea, therapeutic sound, voice and skilful touch.
We will begin by sharing blue lotus tea together, taking time to arrive into the room, the body and the atmosphere of the evening. From there, you will be guided into an inner process supported by a therapeutic sound journey, energy work, voice and touch to support your body’s return to flow.
Water is the thread for this journey.
Water teaches us how to soften without losing strength. It moves around what cannot be moved. It cleanses, carries, reshapes and returns.
This journey is an invitation to listen beneath the surface, soften around effort and reconnect with what is moving within.
The soundscape has been created to support deeper listening through the body. You may experience rest, emotion, imagery, sensation, movement, stillness, memory, or dream-like awareness. Each person meets the work in their own way.
There will be time afterwards for integration, journalling and optional sharing.
**What to expect:**
Blue lotus tea on arrival
A small, intentionally held group of 6 people
Therapeutic sound, voice, rhythm and vibration
A lying-down journey with mats provided
Integration time afterwards
Please bring a journal, water bottle and anything you need to feel comfortable. Mats are provided on request but you are advised to bring a blanket, cushion or eye pillow.
Tickets are non-refundable.
