These classes will go over all of the basic moves and terminology we use in our beginner classes. Enjoy these sessions with time to get to grips and perhaps start yoga for the first time or brush up on things you haven't done in a while.
Please let the teacher know if any injuries prior to class. Suitable for all levels and from 14 weeks pregnancy.
This Saturday class is working with our Pay What You Can sliding scale, from £4 to £12, allowing us to remove any barriers to practice.
