Find your rhythm with a steady sole 5km morning run along Broughty Ferry esplanade led by Ethan, then we'll head out into the country for a gentle yoga session to recharge your soul at Forbes of Kingennie with Ailish. Finishing the day off with a 1hr soothing sauna session and optional cold plunge followed by nourishing snacks and cold pressed juice.

Meeting at the Glass Pavillion, Broughty Ferry for 9am. Car share will be available for those who need it.
