Free Park Yoga • Leyton • Morning Flow + Social Coffee

Welcome spring with a slower, more connected start to your weekend.

Join us for a relaxed morning yoga session at Abbotts Park (opposite the tennis courts). We’ll move through a gentle, grounding flow to wake up the body and ease into the weekend.

Saturday 9th May 2026 · 9:30am

This is a free, drop-in session, no booking needed. Feel free to come with a friend, or just as you are.
All levels are welcome, including complete beginners.
Just bring a mat (or towel), water, and wear layers and something comfortable to move in.

After the class, you’re welcome to stay for a social coffee nearby at Coccole Cafe for a relaxed chance to connect.

I’m Giorgia, a local yoga teacher, offering these sessions as a way to give back and create space to move, breathe, and connect in the Leyton community.
