Postnatal yoga classes in Bow, East London

All experience levels are accomodated. Please note there is only stair access to the studio. Mats and all props are provided.

Classes take place weekly at Move Studio in Bow on Dane Place off of Roman Road. There are no classes on April 2 and 9.
