Postnatal yoga classes in Bow, East London

Led by senior yoga teacher Katrina Kurdy, these classes are open to all levels. It's recommended to wait until your GP approves exercise (usually around 6 weeks for a vaginal birth or 12 weeks for a Caesarean birth). They take place weekly at Move Studio in Bow on Dane Place off of Roman Road. Mats and all props are provided.
