Hello, I’m Luz — an Open Floor conscious dance facilitator and DJ — and I warmly invite you to our weekly nourishing and recharging women’s dance sessions.

Held in a beautiful private garden studio in North London, these gatherings offer a welcoming space where we explore our unique movement. With a rich blend of music, gentle guidance, and intuition, we dance for connection, celebration, healing, and transformation.

Each session is intuitive and varied, responding to what is present in the moment. I often weave in elements such as sound baths, poetry, breathwork, and relaxation practices to deepen the experience and support our shared journey.

We come just as we are and join a circle of like-minded women. Together, we tune into our inner rhythms and the wisdom of our bodies.
