FREE Beginner's Yoga Classes in Cooksville (Thursdays)

Attention Cooksville!

Join Heart Comonos every Thursday evening from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. for our FREE yoga classes, suitable for those aged 14+.

Everyone is welcome and this class is suitable for beginners.

• Energize your spirit

These classes are perfect for anyone interested in learning or practicing yoga, moving their body and getting out of the house. Come as you are!

Attention: We ask everyone attending to honour the starting time, as arriving late disrupts the meditation and flow of energy for everyone in the class. Please plan to arrive 15min early to set up your space. Doors will be closed 5min before class begins.

Mats and props will be provided but feel free to bring you own if you would like.

If you can no longer make it to the event, please cancel your ticket to allow others a chance to register. Thank you!
