Led by a certified yoga instructor from The Kosha School, this class blends ancient wisdom with modern ease. With a background in music, wellness, and movement arts, we offer a rhythm-based approach to yoga that’s both calming and revitalizing.

Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with their body. No prior experience needed—just come as you are!
