Intermediate Variety Yoga Class in Cooksville

Join Heart Comonos every Thursday evening from 7:15 - 8:15 p.m. for our FREE intermediate variety yoga classes, suitable for those aged 14+.

Discover a path to inner peace and holistic well-being while feeling the fire within in these yoga classes. Embark on a journey of self-discovery and feel your progress grow in each class. In this transformative class, you can expect to:

Attention: We ask everyone attending to honour the starting time, as arriving late disrupts the meditation and flow of energy for everyone in the class. Please plan to arrive 15 min utes early to set up your space. Doors will be closed 5 minuntes before class begins.

Mats and props will be provided but feel free to bring you own if you would like.
