Get cozy with pillows, blankets, bolsters, and a lavender eye mask before settling into Yoga Nidra, a guided deep-rest meditation experienced entirely from the comfort of your mat. As you’re guided inward, sound bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other soothing sounds will be woven throughout the meditation, creating one continuous experience of voice, sound, stillness, and rest.
Includes calming tea, aromatherapy, lavender eye pillow, guided meditation & sound healing experience.
What to Bring:
Yoga mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets are provided. Please bring a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in. No prior yoga experience is needed.
