Flow & Mobility

Rike will guide you in gradually building warmth in the body, starting with gentle warm-up exercises and moving into flowing sequences that often focus on specific areas, such as hips, shoulders, or the lower back. The class incorporates mobility exercises to improve joint movement, flexibility, and overall functional range of motion.

The class is suitable for both beginners and participants with some experience. You can expect to leave feeling balanced, relaxed, and full of new energy, with a greater sense of ease and freedom in your body.

This class is held in English. You’re welcome to bring your own mat or use one of ours.
