Organizational details for your Soundbath experience:

• The Soundbath starts around 19:00. We recommend arriving a bit early to get comfortable.
• We provide yoga mats & blankets, but feel free to bring a small pillow and an extra blanket for extra comfort
• Comfortable clothing is recommended so you can fully enjoy the Soundbath (it's okay if it's the stained sweatpants you've been wearing for a week)

About the facilitator

Introducing Adriano (he/him) – an empathetic and accessible soul, a true "rock in the storm." As a certified sound healing facilitator, Adriano's mission is to bring together the queer community and provide a safer space amidst the overwhelming currents of the world.

With a proven method for stress reduction, Adriano aims to guide individuals toward inner balance and peace by synchronizing their energy centers through gentle vibrations.

What sets Adriano apart is his belief that healing happens within the community. The sessions become a collective journey towards self-discovery and tranquility. Adriano is fostering healing and connection within the queer community.
