What is Energy Healing?

Energy healing is a subtle yet powerful approach that works beyond the mind. It helps release emotional blockages and energetic imprints held in the body, offering space for balance, clarity, and inner peace. It’s not about fixing but remembering what’s already whole within you.

What to Expect

We’ll begin with a short meditation to settle, connect with our essence, and set a healing intention, asking ourselves: What does my heart truly long for?

You’ll then be guided into an energy healing session, accompanied by music—a spacious field of deep rest and presence, where release and remembrance can unfold naturally.

• A sense of lightness, stillness, or emotional release
• Physical sensations like warmth or tingling
• Deep relaxation or inner clarity

Each experience is unique. The invitation is to meet whatever arises with kindness.
