Field of Resonance: Soundscape Meditation

A 1-Hour Live Sound Meditation

Field of Resonance is a one-hour guided sound meditation designed to bring you back to center through intentional listening and embodied presence.

We begin with collective breathing- gently settling the nervous system and arriving fully in the space. From there, we move into a brief moment of intention setting, creating a shared container for the hour ahead.

The immersive sound journey unfolds in real time, featuring elemental instruments such as didgeridoo, frame drum, rattles, crystal bowls, voice, Native flutes, and more- intuitively woven together to create depth, texture, and resonance. Tones rise and dissolve. Rhythms pulse and soften. Space opens.

This is an invitation to slow down.
To listen beneath the noise.
To rest in the subtle intelligence of sound.

No experience is necessary- simply come as you are, lie back, and receive.
