Join us for an exhilarating AND relaxing event to welcome in the Summer! Yuko will lead you through a gentle yoga practice and a full yoga nidra (guided savasana meditation) practice to set an intention for the heat of the summer, while Ginger regales you with ethereal vibrations of sound bath throughout. As our days begin to lengthen into epic proportions, take this time to both energize and calm the body, mind, and spirit.
